Charles Bunker
Charles Bunker, CPA, CFO & President for IEV Real Estate
Charles is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of public accounting experience and 35 years as a real estate broker. He has over 20 years in Controller/CFO positions with several medium sized companies where he was responsible for accounting, credit, MIS, insurance, banking, and HR. He also has 8 years in public accounting with both ‘Big 4’ and local firm experience and 10 years in a private consulting practice. Finally, he has 5 years as an owner in a successful small business start up. Charles is a partner and CFO of IEV and heads the Real Estate Division as President of IEV Real Estate. Charles has the valuable ability to dissect a problem and carve out the solution. Charles focuses the team on the key performance indicators and ensures maximum profitability using his conservative business values and pin-point attention to detail.
