Krystal Morehead
Krystal Morehead, Account Manager & Project Coordinator for IEV Media
Ms. Morehead joined the IEV team at the beginning of the 2008. With her organizational skills and customer satisfaction ratings among the best it is no wonder why she belongs with IEV. Her duties include managing customer requests from potential to current clients and understanding their needs on an individual basis in order to maintain their satisfaction at all times. She is also part of IEV Media Sales Management ensuring that all potential clients are well taken care of during the IEV Media creative process. She is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Communication with a specialization in Advertising and a minor in Sociology at The University of Houston. She then plans to continue with her education and receive a Masters degree in Communication to further enhance her excellence in Customer Service satisfaction .
